Common Questions About Our Conference Venue
What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Please let us know if there are any changes to your guest count or event information no later than 5 days before your event to avoid any additional charges, as you'll be billed for the most recent confirmed headcount by then — or the number of guests who attend, whichever is higher.
For cancellations, we require at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur a fee of 50% of the original group booking. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will be charged the full amount (100%) of the original group booking.
Can we bring our own AV team?
A: Our AV system is included and professionally managed, but we can accommodate external teams if needed.
Do you offer multi-day discounts?
A: Yes. Multi-day bookings receive preferred pricing. Contact us for a custom quote.
What if our agenda changes day-of?
A: Our team is flexible and experienced. We’ll adapt configurations, timing, and setup to match your needs.
What’s the maximum capacity?
A: 200 for cocktail receptions, 150 for seated townhalls and activities. We’ll help you choose the best setup for your agenda.
Can we do a site visit before booking?
